BOARD OF PROGRAMMERS
The Providence College Board of Programmers is one of PC's most creative and engaging student-run organizations on campus. It is made up of 10 committees and roughly 60 members all simultaneously operating as one cohesive board. This organization coordinates about 100 events per year with a board budget of a quarter of a million dollars.
Some major events include Spring Concert, Clam Jam, Provapalooza (campus wide block parties), Red Sox travel games, Centennial Balls, popular lectures, etc.

Committees:
Fine Arts '16-'17
Marketing '17-'18
Social '18-'19

To conclude my final year on The Board, I had the honor of working on the Social Committee made up of 5 extremely dedicated and hardworking boppers. I helped co-manage a budget of about $40K. That year I took on the responsibility of co-planning the fall's Provapalooza, as well as Clam Jam in the spring. The event alone cost about $20,000.

I designed the poster and t-shirt logo for both Provapalooza and Clam Jam.

Black & White Ball

The Black & White Ball started out as a centennial celebration of 100 years of Providence College back in 2017. The event was spearheaded by PC's centennial committee and ended up being an incredible success. Since it was the only school-wide dance to exist here, the college decided to keep the tradition going and allowed the Board of Programmers to take over the entire planning process.

In 2019 I was invited by BOP's Executive Board and Student Activities to serve on the Black & White Ball committee with only 11 other board members. Among the 11, we were further divided into smaller committees to oversee entertainment, food, design, logistics and marketing.
Working with a professional interior designer, I developed the theme of a night under the stars. It was an amazing event and I am so grateful to have been given the opportunity to help plan such a memorable night.

LOCAL PERFORMANCES
One of my good friends, Adam, is an extremely talented musician and student that has been putting on shows at various local venues for the last few years. As time has progressed he has become a very popular local event for PC students to attend and asked if a few friends of mine would like to open for his shows. Since then I have performed 5 opening sets of between January 2018- May 2019. This has been such an incredible experience and I am very thankful for Adam for giving me such a unique opportunity to get up on stage and have some of the best times doing what I love.
